# problems saving – Date field

 * Hi there,
 * I have problems with the Date field. When a dat is stored and I’m returning to
   the post to modify it, the date field shows the current date, and not the stored
   date. Strangely only the month and day fields are wrong.. The year field has 
   no problems..
 * For example…
    I save a date field with “03/28/2011” (mm/dd/yyyy). and return 
   to this post.. the date field shows “12/09/2011″… (today is 12/09/2013).
 * This is very anoying since you need to modify the date field everytime you want
   to change the post.. In my case its even more anoying since I only use the datefield
   on the background and not on the frontend. Now I constantly need to go to my 
   database en look for the correct date…
