 * Hi All,
 * When trying to run install.php, i get this error messages:
 * _Warning: require\_once(C:\Sites\single51\foresthillspa\webroot/wp-includes/wp-
   db.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory
   in C:\Sites\single51\foresthillspa\webroot\wp-includes\functions.php on line 
   2539_
 * Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘C:\Sites\
   single51\foresthillspa\webroot/wp-includes/wp-db.php’ (include_path=’.;C:\php5\
   pear’) in C:\Sites\single51\foresthillspa\webroot\wp-includes\functions.php on
   line 2539

 * wordpress is looking for that file and can’t find it which may be indicative 
   that more didn’t make it
    upload the above file and run it again and see what
   happens
