# Problems restoring

 * Trying to do a restore for the first time. Downloaded files and followed instructions
   to ftp to decrypt folder. After refreshing the wp-admin/tools.php?page=wponlinebackup%
   2Fwponlinebackup.php&section=decrypt page the files do not show up as promised.
   What to do now?

 * Where did you download the files from? They might already be unencrypted.
 * The plugin will not perform restores for you it just offers the ability to decrypt
   a backup file. If you download the backup file from our Portal at wordpress.backup-
   technology.com you will have already been asked for encryption key and it will
   already be unencrypted.
