Problems previewing posts

    We’re having a strange problem with previewing articles (posts) on our site. The preview page comes up with the by-line and tag but the actual content of the post doesn’t appear. Not an individual browser or platform issue–we’ve checked. Not sure where to look next. Has anyone else run into this?

    Have you tried:
    – deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP.
    – switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Sixteen) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Thanks Tara. At the moment the problem seems to have cleared up. I’ll give it a try if/when it crops up again.
