# Problems playing mov files

 * I have problems playing mov files: in Chrome (Version 52) the videos play, but
   only with sound, the video screen is black.
 * In Firefox (version 47) or Edge (version 25.10586.0.0) I get the error “Error
   loading media: File could not be played”.
 * MP4 videos are playing without problems.
 * Is there anything I can do apart from getting rid of my mov files?
