Problems persist on new install

Hi. I have been asking here and in pro help about my site paularenson.org and I installed on a new host and new theme with nothing else on it and still am unable to get the carousel to work. Previously there was also the refresh error.

NOW ON THE NEW SERVER SOME ERROS REMAIN

I am not sure what the problem is. So anyway, I can continue to use with cascade (nice) but can’t understand why over many weeks I can’t get carousel to work. Tiles now is working whereas before it did not show all the tiles in the published view unless I clicked.

Carousel is now working IF I DON’T unclick USE DEFAULT SETTINGS.
On the page now you see it with default settings. GOOD. But if I unclick USE default settings I get:

ERROR LOGS shows this 2x
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

And Inspector in Safari shows

So getting better but why this persistent error in carousel with a new theme???
