Problems on syncing products out of stock

Hi, like many people I’ve been reading, I have problems syncing products that are out of stock in my Woocommerce.

The problem is: in my Woocommerce > Products I have some products with no stock. And when I sync to my Facebook catalog admin, I see them 🙁

Yes, I have “Hide products out of stock in catalog” on in my Woocommerce admin. And yes, I resync catalogs, reseted plugin, etc.

Any ideas?

Hey @estebancosin,

Thanks for reaching out regarding this issue. To clarify, when you mentioned resetting the plugin, did that mean that you removed all the products via the code in this doc and then try re-syncing the catalog?

Hi! I put the code inside a PHP snippet, and then the php snippet into a product, published the product, but I see all my products in catalog (it did not delete products at all).

Any ideas?

Hey @estebancosin,

Can you try adding the code snippet from the “Delete All Products” section of that doc via the free Code Snippets plugin instead and let me know if that helps? Once you add that code to the Code Snippets plugin, click the “Save Changes and Activate” button and then do another test after clearing the cache.

Hey @estebancosin,

Thanks for following up. Can you try deleting the catalog from the Facebook side as well? Here are the instructions on how to do that.

Hi @estebancosin. Now try to reconnect your store to Facebook using this guide – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce-how-to-re-connect/

Once you’ve done that, try a sync to see if it helps. I also advise making sure that your WordPress has a memory limit of at least 512MB.
