# problems moving wordpress

 * Hi there,
 * I’ve just moved a blog from my server to a new one.
 * I backed up the sql database, changed the settings in wordpress to point to the
   new domain and downloaded the folder that contains the blog. Then I uploaded 
   the database on the new server using phpMyAdmin, followed by the blog folder.
   I can now see the blog on the new domain name, however I can’t log in – when 
   I go to /wp-admin it comes up with an internal server error and redirects back
   to my old server.
 * I’d really appreciate it if anyone has any idea as to how to solve this.

 * I did follow that but on closer inspection found that I could edit the database
   with textedit.
