# Problems logging into admin

 * I am at the end of my ideas. I just installed wordpress 2.1 probably 6 times 
   trying everything I have found in forums etc etc. If I install version 1.5 through
   plesk it works fine. If I install 2.1 I can get the blog to display but I can’t
   login to the admin.

 * admin password is c21178
 * Any help would be appreciated. I’m out of ideas.

 * It helps to let people know what message you are seeing 🙂
 * are you installing the 2.x version through plesk?
 * Have you tried doing the install the old fashion way?
 * Are you installing 1.5 and then upgrading? if so, have you seen this?

 * I installed 2.1 with the instructions provided on the wordpress website. Not 
   through plesk.
 * I tried upgrading 1.5 and that didn’t work so I just removed everything and reinstalled
   from scratch. Deleted the database too.

 * I ran the script on the off chance it would help but I still have the same problem.
