Problems links posts in newsletter.

    Hi, I need help

    I installed the plugin and perfect until you send the newsletter with the latest post . The user receives the mail but when pressed on the link is not directed towards the post . I disabled the option that requires confirmation by the user .

    All links in the newsletter go to this address i always carry a post confirmation of the empty subscription :

    Ihttp://www.XXXXXXXXXX.com/?email_id=8&user_id=512&urlpassed=aHR0cDovL3d3dy5nb29nbGUuZXM%3D&controller=stats&action=analyse&wysija-page=1&wysijap=subscriptions

    Hello!

    Are you using any security plugins and blocking long URLs?

    Let us know, normally this is the culprit.

    Uhmmm using wordfence plugin, and nothing option for long url’s 🙁

    Hi,

    WordFence adds a limit on URL length in the .htaccess file automatically. Can you modify that file via FTP and try again?

    Hi,

    Check my htaccess file and not referenced code for wordfence plugin.

    My other plugins installed is WP-Rocket.

    Please help 🙁

    I’ve found the problem !

    I’ve installed the plugin from the wordpress plugin panel . The problem is installed wrong ! The folder / app / lib / wysija-newsletters / controllers / front was empty . Reinstalling the plugin wordpress system and not is solved .

    I downloaded manually from the web mailpoet and if that existed files within that folder. I have copied and everything working.

    See the bug/error because it will more people …
