Problems linking to blog – no index.html

    First off, I have my blog set up perfectly on my server, http://www.cmcintoshphoto.com/blog/
    That link alone works. What doesn’t is when I try to link it from my homepage or anything, pretty much. /blog/, ../blog/, even the direct link. It recognizes the link and assumes I am referring to /blog/index.html. Since this page doesn’t exist (and creating it wouldn’t really make it any better) how do you use the URL of your blog?

    I am using Dreamweaver CS4 for FTP & godaddy for hosting.
