# Problems installing multi site

 * I’m making for a friend a website and it will be running at the same hosting 
   as the site he is using now. [http://www.greenchalets.com](http://www.greenchalets.com)
 * I have made a folder in his root and named it Nieuw and WP installed in that 
   folder. Everything is oke and WP is running.
 * After that i have altered the wp-config.php file and added the following
    define(‘
   WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE’, true);
 * After that i started my admin again and i hoped to see in my Tools the option
   Network.
 * But whatever i tried, nothing helps.
 * So guys, i hope you can help me.

 * You put this in your wp-config.php at the bottom?
 *     ```
       /* Multisite */
       define( 'WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE', true );
       ```

 * After where it says /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ I put define(‘
   WP_ALLOW_MULTISITE’, true);
 * So yes. The only difference i see is that you use spaces after the ( en before
   the ). Can that make the difference?
