    Every time customers will buy the message: Sorry, we do not have enough of the product.

    But the product is stocked.

    The text is in Portuguese:

    “Sorry, we do not have enough of …. (product name) … in stock to meet your request. We apologize for any inconvenience caused”

    In addition to this problem, the request is still being made.

    Hey there!

    Can you please send a screenshot of the stock settings on the backend of the product you are referring to (admin, not the side your customers can see).

    @torch01 If you have not already found a solution for this, it seems like this is most likely due to orders that have been placed and are in Pending Payment status. This holds the stock of the items until the orders are either paid for or cancelled. It is possible to have these automatically cancelled after a set number of minutes by setting the Hold Stock setting under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory
