  • Resolved lachipper

Hi, in the last few weeks I have been having problems with the scheduled sending of my newsletters.
In fact, the programmed newsletters are automatically paused and not sent on the established date.
An error message appears explaining the problem as follows:
“Sending has been paused due to a technical issue with MailPoet: The MailPoet sending service has stopped sending your emails for one of the following reasons:
You may have reached your plan’s subscription limit. Manage your subscriptions.
You might have a bad deliverability rate. Please contact our support team to resolve the issue.
“Every time I update the API key and the programming starts again, but then the next day the problem returns.
    What can I do?

    Hi there @lachipper,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Did I get it right that you have to revalidate your MailPoet key in MailPoet > Settings > Key Activation in order to restore sending?

We see similar issues on some hosts, where the main site had a domain, but the hosting company triggers Cron to run on a different URL.

This caused the site to interact with the Cron via, but scheduled tasks were running on or

Sometimes we also saw it in the form of site misconfiguration, where e.g. the database has one site URL, while in wp-config.php there’s another URL set via SITE_URL constant.

Can you please check the above that with your hosting?

    Hi there @lachipper,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
