HTML is a set of markup tags used for defining how the text looks like and behaves (e.g. defining colors, marking “blocks” of content etc). * The “Before Title”, “After title”, “Before Widget” and “After widget” fields are there for you to add additional HTML that will “change” default look/behavior of widgets in sidebars that are defined by your theme. * You can add the text there, of course, but the outcome depends also on the theme.
