# Problems importing old database

 * I needed to reinstall wordpress, but when I try to import the old database to
   the new, I do everything after the book and I get the message: “Your SQL-query
   has been executed successfully : The content of your file has been inserted. (
   3933 Instructions) ” but nothing has happened to the database. What is wrong?

 * Yeah, but I managed to fix this by adding the database text straight into the
   sql query window (or what it’s called). Now I get an “500 Internal Server Error”
   when I try to access wp-login.php

 * I had the same problem and ended up switching hosts because they (gd tech support)
   could not fix the problem.
