 * Hi, I’ve followed all the steps to import my blog nakedbeautyblog.wordpress.com
   to my new site nakedbeautyblog.com and the posts etc still aren’t showing? I 
   want to import everything over including my wordpress.com followers. Can anyone
   help me please? Thank you

 * You cannot import your wordpress.com followers yourself. You need to speak to
   the folks over at wordpress.com about this.
 * As for your Posts, I can see Posts on your self-hosted site.
