PROBLEMS FOR CLIENT DOWNLOADING ZIP FILES

    I have tried different ways (via a techy helper, as I’m not very technical) to get digital downloads for clients working via a zip file.

    I’ve been transferring files via ftp folders and the process sometimes stops part way through the transfer process to the gallery. Then when we do get the files transferred, we can’t get both HR and LR files downloaded online.

    Yes, they are large files (clients want that of course). Yes there are quite a lot for a big shoot, but isn’t that what our job is about?

    I also appreciate Sunshine says this doesn’t work with all servers, but does that mean I’ve got to change servers? Does anyone else have this problem, or rather a solution to it?
