Problems con TDO Mini Forms (in spanish)

Hello friends, I have several problems with this plugin. It is very complete but has its flaws. I need help if possible:
1) How I can enter more text boxes, only allows 10.
2) how I can add Checkin lockers? Not much information about how to encode from the Hacker.
3) And the biggest problem with which I’ve found is on the rise in images (in my case). Here I have indicated several Upload buttons, one for the gallery and one for the main image. No problem to upload only prints random , and the client must eventually get to the photo editor of WordPress for his site in order to arrange, with the time constraints involved.

I was looking for information and not much to talk about this, even not in the list of plugins WordPress.org, for a security problem (Plop!). Its exists some way to fix all these problems that i indicated or another plugin that replaces TDO mini forms?
I wish someone could support me and I can send pictures of the item.

Hola amigos, tengo varios problemas con este plugin. Es muy completo pero tiene sus falencias. Necesito ayuda si es posible:
1) Cómo puedo ingresar más cuadros de texto, solo permite 10.
2) cómo puedo agregar casilleros Checkin? No hay mucha información al respecto de como codificarlo desde el Hacker.
3) Y el problema mayor con el que me he encontrado es en la subida de imágenes (en mi caso). Aqui he indicado varios botones de Upload, uno para la galería y otro para la imágen principal. Ningún problema al subirlas solo que las imprime aleatorias, y el cliente al final debe meterse al editor de imágenes de WordPress de sus sitio para poder ordenarlas, con los problemas de tiempo que conlleva.

Estuve buscando información y no hay mucha que hable de ésto, incluso no está en el listado de plugins de WordPress.org, por un problema de seguridad (Plop!). Exisitirá forma de corregir todos estos problemas que indico o existirá otro plugin que reemplace a TDO mini forms?
Ojala alguien pudiera apoyarme y le puedo enviar imagenes del tema.
