# Problems by Submit Form

 * Hi,
    when the Plugin CF7 Customizer is on, and I will submit my form, the user
   dont get the success message. There is the pending symbol the whole time.
 * We get the Mail but the user don´t know it.
 * When I deactivate the plugin it works.
 * What can I do to solve the Problem?

 * This is either a problem with your theme or the contact form 7 plugin. CF7Customizer
   has less to do with the actual functionality. It only redesigns it.

 * I found a solution.
    I switch from CF7 to an other Tool. The reaktion time from
   5 weeks is terrible… sry My customers can´t wait.

 * I have the same issue with CF7 Customizer, disabling the plugin solves the problem.

 * It’s a problem with an old version of Contact From 7 plugin and not this add 
   on.
