    Hi WebMat,

First of all, thank you for your great work on the Flexible Elementor Panel plugin — it’s been incredibly useful!

I wanted to let you know that after updating Elementor to version 3.30, the Flexible Elementor Panel plugin is giving me some problems, which seem to be related to compatibility with the recent changes in Elementor.

    Specifically:

    • It’s no longer possible to remove the new top bar via Elementor Settings > Features 😕
    • Because of this, when using your plugin, it’s hard to see which widget or element I’m working on — the top bar covers part of the interface (I hope this makes sense — English isn’t my first language).
    • Also, I can no longer access or change the Flexible Elementor Panel settings under Site Settings.

Could you please take a look and consider updating the plugin for compatibility? I (and many others, I’m sure) would really appreciate it.

Thanks again for your work and support!

    Best regards from Denmark,
    Lars

    Okay, I just checked.

Are you talking about the black bar at the top?

If so, this bar is directly linked to the Elementor editor; it can’t be removed.

For options, in the editor, click on the Elementor logo (white) in the top left corner, then click on User Preferences.

    Have I answered your questions?

    Best Regards,
    Mat.

    Hi Mat,

The new top bar no longer covers the elements window, so that issue is solved – Thanks 🙂

Do I understand correctly that features like using the old bar in the lower right corner are no longer available?

And therefore, the option to have an one-click-exit button that can be configured – so that you can choose whether it opens in the same tab or a new tab – is also no longer possible?

If so could it be possible for your plugin to add these features to Elementor’s new top bar?
Or do you think this could be added using a code snippet?

Thank you for your dedication and your work on the plugin.

    Hello Lars,

you should see these icons appearing in the top bar (left side).

You may have disabled the option in your user preferences.

    Aha thanks Mat

Now found the exit-icon (great) and I have also found “user preferences” (under the round E i top left corner (great)

If others are having trouble finding these – see this screenshot:

    Hi again Mat,

When I use the “Call to Action” widget and try to add a link, I’m running into an issue: the internal link suggestions don’t appear at all. I do see a scrollbar on the side, but the dropdown doesn’t display any suggested links.

Please take a look at this screenshot:

    Hi @medieskolen

are you sure that issue coming with FEP ?

Do you can disable FEP then try again.

    Thanks,
    Mat.

    Hi Mat,

Yes, it’s a z-index issue. The same happens when you add dynamic content and then click on the spanner icon. The box that opens stays behind the aside.

    Thanks,
    Rob

The exit button is missing after update 🙁

I hope you are able to fix it (I still LOVE specially the exit-button, that makes the workflow much better)
