Since update, the calendar displays “calendar does not exist” on front end. Calendar is still there on back end. Also, all the custom CSS styling I made for the calendar has become depracted since the class IDs have changed? Is there a way to rollback to the previous version – I don’t have time to fix these issues. Thanks.

    Hello @thomastolkien,

The “Calendar does not exits” issue should be fixed if you generate a new shortcode to embed the calendar.

    Please email us at support@wpsimplebookingcalendar.com.

it’s not displaying the month in the selector since the update – please help!

    Hello @murgroland,

I have experienced the same issue. I generated a new shortcode and the page still displays ‘The Calendar Does Not Exist’ message.

    Please advise.

    Thanks!

    Hello @steedoc ,

This is probably a CSS conflict with your theme. Can you send me your website address so i can see the issue? I could send you a CSS snippet to fix the issue.

    Hello @canu ,

Can you make sure the ID in the shortcode is the same as the actual calendar’s ID? You can see the ID of the calendar in WP Admin -> WP Simple Booking Calendar -> Calendars

If you can’t embed the calendar, please contact me at support@wpsimplebookingcalendar.com, i will need some more details.

Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.

no probs – it was indeed css. All sorted thanks

    Hello,

since the last update i have a similar problem, but i don’t see it anymore although i have regenerated the code. Now after many tries the calendar is displayed again, but you can’t navigate anymore!

    Hello @backi84,

I just had a look at your website and it seems that you have a lot of javascript errors in your console. You can see them by opening the developer tools window by pressing F12 in your browser.

I think the problem is that jQuery isn’t loaded, or it’s loaded too late in the page. Your theme developer should be able to help you with these errors.
