 * Hello,
    yesterday after powen lite update, my menu disappeared and the search
   box too. I tried to restore both but for the menu looks like it doesn’t recognize
   the icon with the three stripes (now I named the menu and it shows up even if
   it is only a workaround and the animation for the items menu doesn’t work too),
   and for the search box I don’t know how to get rid of it. In the personalization
   page the “hide search box” doesn’t set. So how can I restore the functionality
   of my theme? Before this update everything was working.
 * Thanks a lot

 * The Menu had some bugs and we have fixed the issue. So the menu locations settings
   have gone. You will need to add your menu to one of the Theme Locations.
    - Navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Menus
    - Scroll to the bottom of the menu editor window.
    - In the section titled Theme Locations, click the check box for the location
      where you want your menu to appear.
    - Click Save Menu once you have made your selection.
 * We have changed the search bar style in current version. Sometimes, when changes
   are made to the website, they don’t register immediately due to caching. A hard
   refresh will usually fix this, though occasionally completely clearing the cache
   is necessary. You will need to make a hard refresh. We have removed the menu
   animation as well.

 * Hello Fatima,
    I’ve already add the menu to the location. In my backend I can
   add theme location from Dashboard > Appearance > Menus and from Dashboard > Appearance
   > Personalize too. I’m using a child theme to avoid this problems but since you
   have modified the menu and the search box I think the problem is the child theme.
   For example I have a modified version of header.php for my purpose. Ad I noticed
   that in new powen lite version header.php doesn’t have a Main Nav section. In
   fact in my source now I see two main nav: one coming from my theme child (header.
   php) and the second coming from new version of the powen main theme. If I name
   my menu it shows up (and it is comind from my header.php child theme). If i don’t
   name it it doesn’t show up. Maybe is it the problem? If yes which file calls
   the new version of the nav menu and the search box? thank you

 * We have moved the main nav code from header.php file to top-most.php file. You
   will find the top-most.php file in theme’s template-parts folder.
 * Your child theme’s header.php file contains main nav code and the current version
   of the theme contains the same main nav code in the top-most.php file as well.
   So there are two main navs: one is coming from your child theme’s header.php
   file and the other one is coming from the top-most.php file.
 * You will need to remove the main nav code from your child theme’s header.php
   file as the top-most.php file already contains the main nav code.

 * I too have had problems with the menu… will try again and see how I go! The other
   thing to have a little problem, was that after the upgrade my slider images vanished…
   I have been into the set up and they are still all there. I have resaved each
   of these but nothing seems to have worked…
 * Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have spent most of the day trying to
   work this all out. Also I am not that great with the technical side, this is
   my first brave attempt. So any support is definitely appreciated.
 * I love this theme it is flexible and presents great options, nice creation!!

 * Hello Fatima,
    thank you for the information, replacing the top-most.php and
   the header.php file in my child theme with the new version of powen lite gets
   back my menu and search bar. I have another question sorry! Now if I select top
   menu, the menu is showing, If I select Main Menu it doesn’t (I mean in personalize
   page of the theme and in the menu appareance of wordpress too). do you know why?
 * thank you

 * Hello kenectt,
 * I have gone through your website and noticed that you have tried to make changes
   to the footer. The problem can arise because of making any changes to the footer.
   php file. Kindly do not make any changes to the original theme files. You will
   need to replace your theme’s footer.php file with the recent version of footer.
   php file.

 * Hello d_3dpowen,
 * It’s not a theme related issue. I have checked your website and noticed that
   you have written the following code somewhere into your theme.
    #main-nav{display:
   none}
 * Please find the above code into your theme and remove it. If you are not able
   to find it then follow the steps below to display the Main Menu.
 * Navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS
    Simply
   add the following code into the CSS textarea #main-nav{display: initial !important;}
   Click “Save & Publish”
 * Make sure you have unhidden the Main Menu from the customizer.

 * Good Day Mahvash Fatima,
 * I was building a website for my wife, using the Powen Lite theme. It seemed like
   the perfect theme for her project.
 * I decided to upgrade to Powen Pro theme to get additional functionality. I followed
   the link to Supernovathemes
    [http://supernovathemes.com/powen/](http://supernovathemes.com/powen/)
 * I loved the theme as presented at the above link, BUT when I downloaded the purchase
   theme, I got a completely different theme. [http://suzannescottage.com/](http://suzannescottage.com/)
 * How can I get the Power Pro theme?
 * Thanks,
    Chuck
