    Hi.

I’m new and sorry if someone already asked what i’m going to ask. I just can’t found the answer to my problem.

1 – I’m working in local with the storefront theme and the problem is that when i click on the button “Add to card” of a product it pass 3 seconds before the product go in the cart and in the demo it’s like instantaneous. Why ?
2 – Also is it possible to change/remove the gif that appear on the button “Add to cart” after adding a product ?
3 – Is it possible to hide the button “See the cart” that appear after we had a product ?

    Thank to all of you.

  • Hi @idontunderstand,

There are many different reasons that can cause this, from server (the demo is in a different location) to items you have on your local site which the demo might not have. 3 seconds is not bad though.

Also is it possible to change/remove the gif that appear on the button “Add to cart” after adding a product ?

I am not aware of a gif that appears on the button for Add to Cart, can you send a screenshot of the code of the button so that we can identify it? I understand as you are on a Local install we will not be able to see the actual site to test further, but a screenshot might work.

To get the code of the button on Chrome you can use the Devtools, more on which can be found at this link. You will need the Elements Panel, and can use the selector to hover over the Add to Cart button to see the code on it. From there you can take a screenshot with the software at https://snag.gy and share it here.

Is it possible to hide the button “See the cart” that appear after we had a product ?

Are you referring to the Added Product / View Cart line that shows across the top of the product as seen in this screenshot? Let me know and we can provide code to hide/disable that function.

    Hi @idontunderstand,

We have not heard back from you for some time, we will go ahead and close this thread. If you continue to have issues or run into new items, please open a new thread.
