Problems adding categories

    I have installed a fresh install of WordPress – seems to be working fine, but I cannot add categories.

    If I enter the details of a new Category – under Manage Categories, and then click Add Category, the page is refreshed with the home page of my WordPress blog appearing just below the Add Category heading – and no new heading. The same happens if I try to create a new category on the fly through the posting screen.

    Can anyone help?

    Fixed it, just needed to amend my .htaccess to include:-

    <IfModule mod_security.c>
    SecFilterInheritance Off
    </IfModule>
