# Problems accessing Login / Admin page

 * I am not sure if this is due to the 3.7.1 upgrade but after I enter in my details
   in the wp-login.php page, i get a completely blank page – without en error message
   or anything in it. It’s been about 2-3 weeks since I was last able to login to
   the page. From the font end the page seems to be working fine.
 * Any ideas? Any files you suggest I should look or reinstall at via ftp?

 * Did you do any backup before upgrading?
 * Also, I did a quick search on Google and a couple of similar questions popped

 * …no I didn’t back it up.. but I can save a copy of the whole thing via [http://ftp.](http://ftp.).

 * Notice that copying the folders from FTP doesn’t save the websites’ contents!
   You need to do that via phpmyadmin.
