    Terms are custom posts so each term you add has it own post. This is the method the plugin uses. As for the second part of your question, terms should show tooltip on pages/posts where terms around found. If you have JS errors it will not work

    Is it possible to stop google showing these pages then ?

    Sure but this is not related to out plugin

    If you use a robot. Txt file you can specify the path not to index

    also all Seo plugins lets you add no index tag to custom post type
