# PROBLEME WITH MOBILE LOADING

 * Good morning,
 * WORDPRESS version: Up to date
 * DEPICTER version: Up to date
 * I use this plugin which is really a nugget to make sliders
 * I never had a problem with the mobile version but overnight, nothing works anymore
 * I deactivated the W3TC & Autoptimize plugin, however, as soon as I am on mobile(
   Android or IOS), the slider displays the 3 small loading points, but the video
   does not start, it appears as a white image?
 * Can you help me ?

   Hi, I have
   checked your link on 5 different mobile device, and it works as expected on those,
   May I know what is your mobile device? so we may check it on that device as well.

 * I try with one Iphone 13 and one Android A52.

 * yeah we checked and it works on our devices, please let us know if you face this
   issue again, we try to check it again.
