You can try that – it should delete the index and settings which come back on reinstall – you might lose your tracked searches.
Worth doing a reset options first before the uninstall/reinstall.
We’d need to do a bit of debugging if this doesn’t work by seeing what queries are generated by the plugin on the search pages using the Query Monitor plugin
You mean I click on: reset all settings ?

What is your site URL? Are you checking the results in the Search results page? And, is the cache disabled?
Excuse me I did not understand that you had to look on the search page. I did a search and I have this data in query monitor: SELECT option_value
WHERE option_name = ‘ald_bsearch_settings’
That is one which pulls the options – do you see other results when you look for Queries by component?
You will have one which is relatively long and contains the MATCH clauses. This is what pulls out your search results

yes it works if I uncheck but the results are displayed on one page and without photos? You want the screenshot of which part exactly? excuse me I do not understand.
Thanks for confirming it works with seamless mode off – at least we know the plugin is fetching the results. I assume you mean the pages are also included here in the search results?
For the screenshot – can you post a screenshot of the window that Query Monitor creates – you can resize it to fill the entire screen. This should give me a view of all the queries that are generated by the plugin.
