# Probleme during themeforest installation

 * Hallo,
 * I tried to install the compressed file from my computer with the new theme. The
   installation process is not finished, I have this message that appear:
 * 503
    Service Unavailable The server is temporarily busy, try again later!
 * I tried several times yesterday and today, and every time I have the same problem.
 * What can I do?

 * Since you’re installing paid theme you should go and contact theme author for
   support. Other than that, if a compressed file is bigger than (usually) 8MB it
   will fail when doing usual install process, due to server limitations.
