 * hello I encounter a problem I do not have the insert in the plugin parameter 
   to add css please note the new method to achieve this

 * I am assuming that you mean the Custom CSS section in the settings … I was “encouraged”
   to remove this by the WordPress team since they are worried about potential vulnerabilities–
   the compromise was that it shows up for users who already have CSS entered, otherwise
   it is disabled.
 * Most themes allow you to enter CSS, and this is the route that I would recommend…
   otherwise the other option is to use a plugin such as “Simple Custom CSS and 
   JS” ([https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-css-js/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-css-js/)).
