# Problematic Functionality

 * Forms doesn’t work and plugin crashed my site. Plugin was causing problems with
   many others. Woo integration plugin did not integrate and was so basic as to 
   be pointless.
 * Have raised ticket to request refund but have not received a reply or even an
   acknowledgement of ticket.
