In the post editor, just paste a product URL.
If you did so and got that message, check if you have any global product filters enabled by going to Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Settings -> General -> Global Product Filters. Remove any filter items to see if it makes any difference. Also, turn off the Prevent Duplicate option as well.
If you still get no result, perhaps your request may be blocked by Captcha. Go to Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Tools -> Error Log and find the entry with the pasted URL. If it says “Block by captcha”, your request did not go though and plugin could not retrieve the product data.
Even if it is blocked by Captcha, if you set up your API keys in Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Settings, the product data can be retrieved via the API. So try setting up API keys.
If you’ve already set up API keys and got the Connected status and are getting the no result, try creating an Item Look-up unit for a test by going to Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Add Unit by Search -> Item Look-up and give the same ASIN as the pasted URL that returned no result. Then see if the Item Look-up unit shows a result. If it also returns no result, then maybe it’s not available. You can post the URL here too.

Si desea simplemente mostrar su producto específico deseado en una publicación, no se preocupe. Tu también puedes hacer eso. Simplemente pegue la URL del producto en el editor de publicaciones. No se requiere shortcode.
Hay alguna opción o manera de ocultar el precio de los productos?? Espero una respuesta, gracias.

Make sure you enable the oEmbed option. Go to Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Settings -> Embed. And set the Enable option to On.
If you still get no result message. Go to Dashboard -> Amazon Auto Links -> Tools -> Error Log. Post the plugin error log here.
As for a different issue, please create a new topic about it. It helps future forum visitors find their information. Also, if you can post your message in English, it would be helpful as I have difficulty understanding some part of your questions.
