 * Buongiorno vorrei sapere perchè il csv che viene esportato genera delle anomalie
   come nel peso indica un valore ‘4.2 invece di 4.2 come peso oppure nel peso di
   1kg lo conteggia come 100 kg se lo apro con lingua predefinata italiana invece
   se lo apro con lingua predefinita inglese il problema si presenta nei prezzi

 * Thanks for the reply. We’ve tested this CSV on our end, and we still believe 
   this is specific to the OpenOffice program because we have been unable to reproduce
   this behaviour.
 * At this point, we can only suggest testing using another CSV editor without using
   the OpenOffice program, or reaching out to their support: [https://www.openoffice.org/it/supporto/index.html](https://www.openoffice.org/it/supporto/index.html)
   for insight into this behaviour.

 * il problema non è di openoffice in quanto come scritto si verifica anche con 
   microsoft office e su google sheets quindi non si tratta di un errore del programma

 * I understand you are facing this issue on other apps such as Google Sheets and
   MS Excel and suspect this might be an app issue.
 * Could you please share the CSV file with me so I can try to recreate the issue
   on my end? This might help us in finding a solution.
 * You can remove the sensitive data as long the structure remains the same.

 * This is how the CSV open in my MS Excel app.

 * I went through all the chats going back 2 months.
   I noticed that several products
   have changed in the CSV as compared to the screenshots you shared in the previous
   conversation.
 * However, I do not see any problem at my end.
   All the data in the CSV appears 
   fine.
 * Please let me know if you notice anything wrong with the screenshot I shared.

 * sicuramente il problema è presente anche nel vs screen semplicemente non lo visualizzate
   perchè viene visualizzato solo andando nella cella esatta sicuramente sarà visibile
   nella cella del peso dell’ID 6946 dove il peso è indicato con 0.2

 * We’ve tested this CSV on our end, again, and the data in the line with `ID 6946`
   appear as expected (**without** `**1.2 **inserisce`).

 * I have tested it on MS Excel 2016 (older version) and also with MS 365 online(
   latest version). It appears fine on both apps. Here is a link to the online file

 * Finalmente ho svelato l’arcano si tratta di un problema legato alle impostazioni
   predefinite di tutti i programmi che in automatico utilizzavano la lingua di 
   sistema quindi italiano invece andando a modificare questa impostazione e utilizzando
   inglese come lingua di sistema lo apre correttamente questo forum è pieno di 
   persone meravigliose ringrazio tutti per il supporto anche se non posso dire 
   lo stesso del supporto di woo in quanto ho diversi problemi segnalati e mai risolti
   per tutti buon fine settimana
