problem with <textarea> and <br />

    Hello, I have this problem,
    I created a form and include <textarea> and inside pages. When I fill in the field appears to me the <textarea>
    if I write as:
    I eat the apple
    when I hunger

    I shall return
    I eat the apple [br /]
    when I hunger

    how can I do to avoid this problem?
