Firstly, I would like to clarify that we provide support in the WordPress.org Plugins/Themes directories only in English. This ensures that discussions can be understood by everyone visiting the page.
That being said, by default the Dynamic Cache (full page caching) will not work for pages served with cookies or specific URLs (such as login or user profile pages). This is designed to prevent serving the same cached content which might be sensitive to multiple visitors. More details on how our full page caching works can be found here:
