Problema calcolo IVA

    Ciao,
    ho un problema con il calcolo delle imposte sulle spese di spedizione.
    Tutti i prodotti e i costi di spedizione sono IVA inclusa, quando qualcuno fa un ordine il totale risulta corretto nella ricevuta di acquisto, ma nella ricevuta che arriva al venditore i costi di spedizione sono aggiunti del 22% (es. da 6€ a 7,35€). Come posso fare in modo che l’imposta sia ritenuta compresa nei 6€?

    Hi,
    I have a problem with the amount of shipping costs: by the side of the client the amount is correct (for example 6€) but in our receive of the order the amount of shipping cost is added of tax (6€ + 22% and so 7,32€). The our cost of 6€ is already comprehensive of taxes, and I want know if there is a method to cancel the automatic calculation of taxes on our shipping cost.

    Sorry for the delay. I’m pretty sure I have submitted a reply to you. Not sure where it is.

    Please make sure you have your shipping rules set to Non Taxable state to prevent WooCommerce from applying shipping taxes.
