# Problem WordPress Forms

 * Dear,
    I installed the plugin: WordPress Forms, but in trying to create a new
   form, the screen does not load anything. [http://www.ojonaranja.com/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=form](http://www.ojonaranja.com/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=form)
 * The WP version is 3.0.1 and the plugin version is 0.2.6
    PHP is 5.01 version.
 * Help me please!

 * That’s strange. Maybe there is a resctition in effect in your hosting server.
   Please ask them.
