Can you post your website url here so we can check it and tell you. Alternatively you can try /wp-login.php. But it looks wp-admin directory is missing in your WordPress files.

Yes, I was right your installation has missing wp-admin folder and some other files in WordPress root folder, I would suggest download a fresh copy of WordPress and re-upload it.

can you tell me how? : ) I think this is very difficult: (( must i take away the wp files in filezilla first, and try download it there again?hmmm

First delete those 2 directories first using your FTP client, And then download WordPress fresh copy and extract it, Open WordPress folder select all the files and drop it them into your FTP.

Are you connected to your server in FileZilla? Once you connect in, go to where you have WordPress previously installed and then upload the files of the latest version of WordPress with the exception of the wp-content folder and the wp-config.php file (DO NOT OVERWRITE THESE!).

Once you have done that, point your web browser at your site and login – you may be prompted to upgrade the database, and if so, click the button to finish the update. You should then be on the newest version of WordPress.

    See https://codex.wordpress.org/Updating_WordPress#Manual_Update for more details.

yes, im connected: ) i have the newest version wordpress downloaded.. yesterday i erased the http://www.folder in filezilla.. and now i dont have it anymore. in filezilla, so i put the wordpress downloading files under -/

    – /
    +wp admin
    +wp content
    +wp includes

    : S What can i do??

    Thank you for helping me…

That’s not good. Yeah, don’t delete the www folder from the server. You really only needed to transfer the new WordPress files up to the server and “overwrite” the existing folders and files with the new version. But also make sure not to overwrite the “wp-content” folder (thats where your themes, plugins, and media uploads live) and the wp-config.php file (that tells WordPress how to connect to your database.)

So at this point, contact your host and see if they can restore you to a backup of your site prior to you deleting the www folder.

Then once that’s done and your site confirmed to be working – then upload the new WordPress files, overwriting the old one on the server – again with the following exceptions (DON”T OVERWRITE THESE!): the “wp-content” folder and the “wp-config.php” file.

Hi. I can’t access to my backoffice. I put my “username: jeremyb” and “password” but don’t works (I’ve scared my email is false). And the message “The requested URL /wp-login.php was not found on this server.” appears when i try to connect using “/wp-login.php”,

    My URL is jeremy-borderie.com.
Please, it is possible to check my account or website to give me solutions ?

If u viewsource the page (CTRL+u) on this url http://jeremy-borderie.com/, u can clearly see that it is not a wordpress theme, it does not have any wordpress related files included there. Try to viewsource any wordpress base site and u will find that it includes files from wp-include , wp-admin folders.

    Thanks

Closing this one as it’s way out of date now and not relevant to your own site.
