    Hi @punka1,

We looked at your sitemap and we can confirm the Yoast SEO is generating the XML and links correctly when we viewed the page source.

We also see that it is being cached by W3 Total Cache. We recommend excluding the sitemap from the W3 Total Cache plugin by following the steps given in our this guide.

We also recommend that you remove and then resubmit the sitemap in the Google Search Console to check whether this resolves the issue.

Please note that after resubmitting the sitemap, you may need to wait at least 24 hours to see the updated result.

If there is still an error in the Yandex.Metrica tool, we can suggest contacting the tool’s support for more guidance.

    Hi Priscilla,

Thank you for your quick response, I did what you advised, old was deleted and new was added. Also, the code for W3 was added. When the sitemap was added, the search console showed an again error. It requires some days for crawling I suppose?
If it is going to stay the same?

We looked at the relevant sitemap index on your site again and see the W3 Total Cache is still caching it. Therefore, you’ll need to make sure the W3 Total Cache plugin doesn’t cache the XML sitemap before you resubmit the sitemap on the Google search console.

However, if you have already used the code given here to exclude the sitemap, we recommend you please reach out to the W3 Total Cache plugin to see what other options they can offer to you for excluding the sitemap.

Once you exclude the sitemap correctly from caching, you can resubmit it to the Google search console and wait until Google recrawls it.
