 * when I want to write something I do not see the letters , only a white background.
   A title can be seen

 * This is generally a CSS conflict with a theme and a plugin.
 * _Make sure any server caching is off._
    - Deactivate all plugins and reload the admin page in your browser. Then check
      if this issue still exists.
    - If not, activate plugins one at a time until the issue returns – which will
      yield the errant plugin.
    - If the issue persists with no activated plugins, it’s the theme, so switch
      to the default unedited twnetysixteen theme.
    - If that did not fix it, you may need to do a Manual Install of WP.
