# Problem with WP install

 * Hi,
    Just installed (and removed several times) WP onto [http://www.chicportraitbooths.com](http://www.chicportraitbooths.com)
   using Fantastico on my Hostgator hosting account. (it’s a subdomain if that helps
   at all)
 * It says it’s installed, but when I go to the site it has a 404 error.
 * Could you please advise what I should do next.

 * When I go to your URL you provided it re-directs to an odd hostgator page. You
   may want to contact hostgator to find out why it seems to redirect.

 * That is 404 error page as you may not have one setup are you sure you installed
   wordpress in public-html folder or did you install in folder.
