problem with wordpress mu installation

Hi:

I need help as I have installed wordpress mu along with buddypress.

When I create a blog from main admin as a user, it shows the new blog but cannot access that blog’s admin area. When clicked site admin, it shows blank page. Also when this link is clicked http://smartbuddypress.com/wp-signup.php. it shows a blank page. Can someone from wordpress mu support can assist to have this issue resolved ? I installed wordpress mu to store blogs as sub-folders.
