Problem with Woocommerce Statistics

since April 14 I have a problem with Woocommerce statistics. When I go to woocommerce reports, no worries, the numbers are right. But when I go to Statistics, the sales are marked as zero since April 14. Moreover, when I want to download the report, it tells me that I am sent an email, but I receive nothing. also under activity, it marks me 13719 orders to be executed. can you help me please, I need to have access to these statistics to optimize my physical store. note that in the physical store I use oliver pos.
