  • Hi,

thanks for using MH Magazine lite.

We just tested this here with the latest version of the theme and the latest version of WooCommerce. We haven’t been able to replicate any issues and the mobile navigation was working fine as well. There also have been no reports from other users.

We checked your site and for us your mobile navigation is working fine. Anyway, it also appears that you’ve applied code modifications. It’s certainly possible that some of your modifications may be causing your issue or that you’re running other plugins that are causing a conflict.

This isn’t anything that can be solved on our end. We recommend that you do some further troubleshooting (debug custom code, disable plugins, remove custom scripts, disable code minification, etc…) on your site in order to find the culprit.

    Thanks for you fast reply.

I just discover what is the origin of the problem. It’s because I use script from mailchimp popup incompatible with woocomerce on my blog but I dont know if the problem is from the theme or not.

I try on 4 blogs with my-magazine-lite and the same problem …

I put this code from Mailchimp (pop-up) on my code :

    <script type=”text/javascript” src=”//s3.amazonaws.com/downloads.mailchimp.com/js/signup-forms/popup/embed.js” data-dojo-config=”usePlainJson: true, isDebug: false”></script><script type=”text/javascript”>require([“mojo/signup-forms/Loader”], function(L) { L.start({“baseUrl”:”mc.us16.list-manage.com”,”uuid”:”******MY-UUID******”,”lid”:”******MY-LID******”}) })</script>

    Thanks It’s solved !

I need to change way to get mail via pop-up 😉

Thanks, we’re happy that you’ve solved your issue. Have a nice weekend! 🙂
