Problem with Woocommerce

Original Website is in french, woocommerce works flawless there. On the english woocommerce pages there seems to be some kind of refresh problems:

when clicking the button “add to cart” the button changes to ghosted and the preloader image is shown but that’s it (item will be put into the cart though):

and on the checkout page you can’t change shipping or payment method, on both fields there is a preloader ghosting the complete box content:

I already deactivated all plugins, but to no avail, any hints on this?
