When I use the conditions on weight, what parameter is it based on? weight in the product description? the shipping calculation does not give me the correct rate.

It uses the weight in Product Data -> Shipping -> Weight field not in the description.

Thank you for your response. I have use the weight field in the shipping. I put coma. In the table rate, is the shipping rate is in euro or an other way ? I don’t understand for a cart of 0,505 kg, the shipping rate is normaly 7,45€ (that is in the table rate). In the shipping of the client cart is 8€.

For a cart of 1kg , the shipping rate is normaly 9,35€ and in the client cart it is 72€. Can you help me ?

    Hi,

Decimals are separated with a dot, not a comma. So you need to enter 0.5 instead of 0,5. Also, don’t enter any currency symbol in table rate rows. The store currency will be used automatically.

My store’s settings for decimals are commas for French.

In fact, it was the dot and not the comma.

If you are a solution with comma , it would be very nice. So, thank you very much for your efficiency. Very good extension.

OK, glad to hear it’s working 🙂

The store settings are related to how numbers are displayed but otherwise they still use a dot for decimals as that is what PHP/code uses.
