Support » Plugin: ManageWP Worker » Problem with website syncing and connecting.

  • I would love to review this plugin and complete service with 5 stars, but it does not work for me. As a GoDaddy user, a few weeks ago I finally started Pro ManageWP account. From the start, I’m facing one same issue with all of my websites beeing constantly disconnected and not able to finish sync process.

    I have contacted ManageWP support, but they still can’t resolve my issue. Then, I had long support chat with GoDaddy support, and one week later, the issue is still there with no concrete answer what is causing the issue.

    Also, none of my websites are marked (tagged) as GoDaddy hosted on ManageWP dashboard, even all of them are on GoDaddy hosting and domains are bought from GoDaddy.

    Is there anyone that have faced this kind of issue on ManageWP and have found the solution?

    The error I get is below:

    Ugh, sorry to hear about all of the troubles that you encountered.

    Could you ping us again via email? I tried to find your ticket but, sadly, was unable to, and I would love to give it a detailed look (round two).

    We are constantly working on improvements and during that process, issues could arise here and there.
