# Problem with visitor registration

 * Since the installation of the plugin I have noticed that the visits to the site
   have dropped significantly (almost 90%) so I understand that I have misconfigured
   but I do not know what it can be.

 * Rest assured, most likely your site visitors haven’t actually dropped with 90%:-).
 * It seems that you are using Google Tag Manager with Google Site Kit, is that 
   correct? We don’t recommend using Google Site kit to implement tag manager. You
   can just enter the GTM code via the Complianz wizard, then please follow the

 * Well I thought about that option but I have the plugin running on other sites
   and it works perfectly Site Kit with Complianz… I really can’t figure out what
   makes this particular site special… I’m not sure what makes this site special.

 * Do you have the correct GTM code entered in Site Kit? It seems as if the Site
   Kit plugin is configured to insert an Analytics ID, but instead, a GTM ID has
   been inserted (which also seems to begin with “GT-” instead of the expected “
   GTM-“).
