• Hi.

I recently updated from version 4.2.7 to 4.3.0 and the plugin stopped working – that is, my site displayed all the old products. Reverting to 4.2.7 solved the immediate problem, but there must be something else going on.

The page displays products via a WooCommerce shortcode, eg [products columns=1 limit=-1 orderby=”menu_order” order=”ASC” category=66]. The products are all events, and the menu_order is in the format yymmddhhm, so effectively in chronological order of event date-time. The timer is set to hide a product at its start time. So if the old products are not hidden, they will appear at the top of the list.

    Many thanks

    Clare

  • Hi @nothroughroad,

We have just released a new update 4.3.1, please update the plugin and check if the problem still exists on your site? Kindly clear both your site’s and browser’s caches & cookies after making the changes to make sure they’re properly applied.

Thanks for responding @miemie . Yes, the problem still persists with 4.3.1. I’ve cleared caches using LiteSpeed.

    Similar issue.

Products after todays date should not be visible. but they are.
There is a bug in 4.3.1
I had to roll back to v. 4.2.7

Quite horrible to have a 10K visitors a day website, my mailbox is flooding with support issues.

Hope this will be fixed soon.
Don’t get me wrong. This plugin is awesome.
